Erhan is experienced in information technology, ecommerce, privacy corporate and commercial law. He is a recognised authority on domain name law and regularly acts for parties to auDRP and UDRP, as well as in domain name disputes before the Federal Court of Australia. He was formerly Deputy Chair and Chair of .au Domain Administration (auDA) Australia’s domain name regulator, and is currently an adviser to .PG the domain name extension for Papua New Guinea.
