Advanced TeleCTG for Remote Fetal Monitoring
Pregnabit Pro is an innovative telemedicine device designed to support doctors and midwives, enabling remote CTG monitoring for patients in their third trimester. It allows medical professionals to empower patients to perform fetal monitoring from the comfort of home.
Key Features:
- Fetal Heart Rate (FHR) Monitoring: Uses an ultrasound Doppler probe with a proprietary algorithm to measure FHR at a frequency of 4 Hz, filtering out unreliable samples for precise results.
- Uterine Contraction Monitoring (TOCO): Detects contractions using a pressure-sensitive TOCO probe, converting pressure force into measurable signals for accurate readings.
- Maternal Heart Rate (MHR): Tracks the mother’s heart rate via Bluetooth-connected pulse oximeter to avoid measurement interference.
- Fetal Movement Reporting: Allows mothers to log fetal movements with a simple button press.
- Seamless Data Transmission: Automatically sends data to Pregnabit Cloud in near real-time via 4G or Wi-Fi for telemedicine review.
Application: Pregnabit Pro provides comprehensive, remote monitoring of fetal heart rate, uterine contractions, fetal movements, and maternal heart rate. This allows for professional, real-time CTG diagnostics, giving medical personnel immediate insights into fetal health.
With advanced algorithms and sound processing, Pregnabit Pro lets mothers hear their baby’s heartbeat clearly. The user-friendly design and intuitive interface make the process easy to navigate, guiding users step-by-step through each examination.

- Guaranteed data security and 24/7 access
- Rapid record analysis with instant results on the Pregnabit Cloud platform and SMS updates
- Complete CTG history and assessments archived on the platform
- Compact, intuitive device designed for ease of use
Indications:
This medical device is intended for pregnant patients in their third trimester:
- in order to early detect fetal distress resulting
from increasing hypoxia and metabolic acidosis; - if fetal movements felt by the patient change;
- in case of concurrent disorders: hypertension, diabetes, kidney disease, liver disease, heart defects, thyroid disease, antiphospholipid syndrome, etc.;
- in case of pregnancy complications: placental insufficiency, abnormal umbilical cord circulation, oligohydramnios, polyhydramnios, fetal intrauterine growth disorders, serological conflict, gestational diabetes, pregnancy-induced hypertension, etc.;
- with a history of intrauterine fetal demise;
- women over age 35;
- following a long-term infertility treatment;
- whose due date has passed;
- in case of abnormalities in previous CTGs;
- in case of infectious diseases that prevent routine care of the pregnant woman or require increased assessment of fetal well-being;
- who undergo oncological treatment .
Contraindications:
- active medical implants e.g. pacemaker (which may interfere with the device);
- multiple pregnancies;
- acute or chronic skin lesions and wounds in areas in contact with the device;
- gestational age – CTG is not recommended before the 32nd pregnancy week unless otherwise decided by the physician;
- allergies to latex or any other components of the Pregnabit Pro device that are in contact with the patient’s body;
- it may be difficult to perform CTG in patients with a BMI over 30 before pregnancy as it is difficult to detect the FHR signal, in which case, continuous monitoring of the FHR value on the device display is recommended.
